Hopefully someone knows the answer. I can’t find it!

1st Wedding Anniversary – Paper
Traditionally the theme is paper which is supposed to symbolize the strength obtained from the interlocking fibres. The modern take on this is a clock for reasons to do with timeless, eternal love. The precious metals/gemstones associated with the first wedding anniversary are gold jewellery, pearls or peridot. The associated colour is gold or yellow and the relevant flower is the orange blossom or pansy.

I have an 1880s walnut Seth Thomas wall clock that had a thermometer as part of the crown decoration. The old bubble leveler is still on the clock, but the thermometer is long gone. The plalcement of the thermometer would be part of the complete restoration of the old clock.

Ebay has all things. If you can’t find it right off then keep trying. Right now there are 503 items under Seth thomas clocks. I didn’t even go into thermometers. good luck

on the back it is shaped like a seashell i got it from a garage sale but i have never saw such a neat clock before oh and it is so dang heavy!! Is this made in some other country??I have tried to look online for one like this and there is none….Does anyone know any info about clocks??

Chances are, if its well built, it wasnt made in America.

Stupid question, i know. But its a project for world geography and we need to know how it came to America and when (estimate) i’ve looked everywhere.

It’s like six dings at eleven o’clock. I can set it to six o’clock to match but then it isn’t six o’clock. Must I unplug it and wait? What should I do?

Try stopping it when it dings. But be sure to count the dings. Then start it back up when the dings will be right. Like if if dings 6 times stop the clock and then start it back up at 6 o’clock. Hope this helps

I have purchased two different models of projection alarm clocks and both had the digital numbers break up. Has anyone tried the Avon Spa Finder model? or can anyone recommend a good model?

I’ve been using a Timex Projection Clock Radio for a couple of months and like it a lot.
